We will be adding a Yoga class time starting every Wednesday at 630PM on November 4. Come by and try a Yoga class.  We offer them on Tuesday at 1010AM and Wednesday at 630PM and Friday at 11AM every week.

We also have a Turkey Dash 5K Team signup form at the front desk.  Let us know if you want to join our team.

We also matched the $530 we collected for the cure of breast cancer during our breast cancer awareness day on October 16 for a total donation of $1060 to Susan G Komen Houston.

We collected $421 from Train the Trainer day this year.  With that donation, we doubled it to $842 for our donation to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.  We have that in our video and many more items to cover on our weekly video update. Check out our weekly video update on Facebook.

Don’t forget YOGA is being offered at ESN Health every Tuesday at 1010A and Friday at 11A.

We are also offering Summer Athletic Speed & Agility Class Tuesday and Thursday at 220P for all of our athletes wanting to get more explosive for their particular sport.

And last, but certainly not least, we continue to offer Nutritional Coaching for all clients that are needing a little extra help in building the right habits in order to synergistically work exercise and nutrition together to help you get the best results.  We have to coach you up on both of the most important aspects to your health and fitness, fitness training progressions and nutritional coaching progressions.  We always will offer the customized nutritional plan for all of our clients that join our customized fitness program, however, we now are offering the nutritional coaching in order to build upon the knowledge we teach you on the first day on your journey with us.

We will be holding our JULY 4 class at 920A in order to get our workout in before the festivities begin.  Have a good one and hope to see many of you in the class this 4th.  Don’t forget the rest of July 4 is closed at ESN, besides the special July 4th class.
