Get ready! We are about to start our Weight Loss and Fitness Challenge again. We will be collecting points for performing well in your workouts and getting results. The client with the most points wins. The points are accumulated by the amount of work you put in and the amount of results you earned. The point system will be sent in a seperate email. In the meantime, enjoy the end of the summer and be ready for a Weight Loss and Fitness Challenge starting when school starts up and the Labor Day weekend holiday is over. Our challenge will be 6 weeks and will begin on September 8 and end on October 20. It will be a lot of fun and great results to witness.
