The temperature has been above 100 degrees this summer 27 times and counting. Almost a record. I would expect the record to be broken since it is only August 15, and the hottest part of the summer has not reached us yet. At any rate, working out in the heat can be detrimental to your fat loss if you are not careful to acclimate yourself to the weather and outdoor training. We sent out a newsletter today. Keep working towards those goals and let us know how we can help, now that school is starting next week. It is a great time to get started again at working towards your goals.
