We are through the first quarter of 2012. Wow. What a great year so far. Beth and I welcomed our first born son. We are very thankful for all the congratulations and gifts. We also are helping many clients lose fat and have more vitality. We are getting close to Memorial Day (unofficial start of summer), so can you perform a little more intensity in your workouts to make it a little more effective. Keep the working hard as we know the primary key to success and getting results is to keep up the exposure to different stimulus in your exercise and nutritional program at a high frequency. Keep up the excellent work and we appreciate all of our clients and look forward to continuing to work with all of you everyday, as it is a pleasure to come to work and do something we love day in and day out.
