April 25, 2015 5K Time Trial – 1 month prior to the KW Villagio 5k on May 30. Check your 5K time and get a workout progression to help you beat your time after your complete the time trial. Please email us and/or sign up for the time trial at the front desk. We will be holding the time trial at 630A on April 25. Meet at ESN Health and we will get started.
