ESN SUMMER 2017 EVENTS

As the summer is approaching, here are a lot of updates to give and be on the look out for flyers, ‘in the studio marketing’, and FACEBOOK updates.  We will also be talking about them as a staff throughout the next few months.  Here are the bullet points to stay on top of and know about:

• SAVE THE DATE – ESN Health Train the Trainer Day- Saturday, June 24 1P-3P
  • Silent Auction Coming Wednesday, May 24 for donations to the MDA Houston (Muscular Dystrophy Association).
  • This will give you a chance to bid on a workout for your favorite trainer to perform and it all goes to charity and giving back to the community.
  • Come support ESN by bidding on your favorite trainers workout or come by on the day of the event and donate for a workout routine or two for your favorite trainer if you don’t win the silent auction.
  • Make us work for it.  😉
• Be on the lookout for our new ONLINE ORDERING system for our ESN Healthy Kitchen coming this summer.  This will make it easier for you to put your order in and to pay for your order without the hassle of paper menus and phone calls or text messages.
• OUR FIRST EVER ESN HEALTHY KIDS(8-12 years) CAMP THIS SUMMER, MONDAY JUNE 19-THURSDAY JUNE 22 from 12NOON-3PM
  • $179 for the week located at the ESN Firethorne Location
  • Register by June 15 and spots are limited because there is a max of 10 allowed per camp
  • Let your kids come to ESN for a chance to learn about healthy living.
  • Kids will participate in daily fitness games and activities
  • Assist in preparing healthy snacks in the ESN Healthy Kitchen because everyone receives a snack or meal for the day
  • Have fun while learning how to live a healthy life and how to eat healthier and become more fit
  • If all goes well, we will have one in July(17-20) and August(7-10)
• Save the Date for August 5 First ever ESN Powerlifting and Fitness Event.
  • 1-3PM at the ESN Cinco Location
  • $85 entry fee with all proceeds being donated to a local food pantry after the event
    • with your entry fee you will also receive a workout plan to help you prepare for the events on August 5
  • Prizes awarded for the top Male and Female in each event
  • ESN Healthy Kitchen Snacks and Refreshments will be served
  • Every Participant will receive a complimentary T-Shirt, as well
  • POWERLIFTING MEET INCLUDE: Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press (Traditional Powerlifting)
  • Fitness Challenge Events – WILL BE RELEASED ON FACEBOOK on JUNE 5
• ESN Health Womens SPA Tri Club coming soon with our coach, Anne Smith.  More details to come.
